President, Physician’s Weekly LLC/ Patient Education Center LLC

As President of Physician’s Weekly LLC, Clay has overall responsibilities for the business unit. Clay joined M|C Holding Corporation with the acquisition of Physician’s Weekly LLC in February 2006. He was a founding partner in Physician’s Weekly (PW) in January of 2002 and played a key role in the turnaround and growth of the PW business. Additionally, Clay led the launch of PW’s patient education program, the Patient Education Center, which today serves over 4,500 primary care group practices and 90 million patients annually. Prior to Physician’s Weekly, Clay held senior sales positions for healthcare media firms Global Newsline and Medical World Communications. He has a bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University.
 

Tricia Michaels

Chief Financial Officer, M|C Holding Corporation

As Chief Financial Officer of M|C Holding Corporation, Tricia is responsible for all financial matters of the organization. Tricia works directly with executive team members on strategic and operational planning as well as driving revenue and profitability. She joined the Company in 2007 as Vice President, Finance. Prior to joining M|C, Tricia held various senior finance roles at The J. Jill Group, Adams Media Corporation, uPromise and EBT International. After graduating from Syracuse University, she spent seven years at Ernst & Young, qualified as a CPA and filled multiple roles including an audit manager.
 

Jonathan Morley
Jonathan Morley
Managing Director, Omnia-Med Ltd.

As Managing Director, Jonathan Morley is responsible for the business units in Germany and the UK, and for other international development. Jonathan joined M|C Holding Corporation in 2005 and has overseen Omnia-Med's strong growth in Europe. The business units run over 150 events in Europe, and educate over 10,000 physicians, hospital doctors, and nurses per annum. Jonathan previously worked as an entrepreneur in the UK service sector, and then for Medical Publisher Reed Elsevier in a strategic growth role. He has an Honours Degree in Law and an MBA.
