Dara Warn – Interim President and CEO, M|C Holding Corp.
As Interim President and CEO, Dara is responsible for leading the business strategy for M|C Communications and
its market-leading brand, Pri-Med. Dara has driven marketing, strategic partnerships, product development and
sales efforts at Pri-Med since the launch of Pri-Med’s first network of local conferences. During her tenure,
she has also overseen the healthcare sales business development for Pri-Med leading a team that works with the
top 20 pharmaceutical companies and over 100 healthcare organizations. She recently launched Pri-Med Access with
American College of Physicians and new digital opportunities, both of which has helped the organization become one
of the largest providers of professional medical education in the US to a community of over 300,000 health care
professionals. Dara has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania.
Anne Goodrich - Senior Vice President of Educational Development, M|C Holding Corp.
As Senior Vice President of Educational Development, Anne is responsible for business development
and educational initiatives within the portfolio of learning opportunities for primary
care practitioners and cardiologists. Previously, Anne led the Physician Insights
team, which is an internal market research group, and developed standardized tools
and methodologies for Pri-Med Institutes ongoing outcomes initiatives. In addition,
Annes research on physician learning trends and behaviors has provided insights
for CME planning and curriculum development. Prior to joining Pri-Med Institute,
Anne spent five years at Hill, Holliday advertising agency in Boston, MA conducting
physician behavioral research for such clients as Partners Healthcare, Harvard Pilgrim,
Humana and local hospital groups.
Tricia Michaels, Chief Financial Officer, M|C Holding Corp.
As Chief Financial Officer of M|C Holding Corporation, Tricia is responsible for all financial
matters of the organization. Tricia works directly with executive team members on strategic and
operational planning as well as driving revenue and profitability. She joined the Company in 2007
as Vice President, Finance. Prior to joining M|C, Tricia held various senior finance roles at
The J. Jill Group, Adams Media Corporation, uPromise and EBT International. After graduating from
Syracuse University, she spent seven years at Ernst & Young, qualified as a CPA and filled multiple
roles including an audit manager.
Clay Romweber - Senior Vice President, Physician's Weekly
As Senior Vice President of the Physician's Weekly LLC (PW) business unit, Clay has overall responsibility
managing Sales, Business Development, Institutional Relations, Editorial and Operations. Clay joined
M|C Holding Corporation with the acquisition of Physician's Weekly LLC in February 2006. He was a founding
partner in Physician's Weekly LLC in January of 2002 and played a key role in the turnaround and growth of
the PW business. Additionally, Clay led the launch of PW's patient education program, Pri-Med Patient Education
Center, which today serves over 4500 primary care group practices and 90 million patients annually. Prior to
Physician's Weekly, Clay held senior sales positions for healthcare media firms Global Newsline and Medical World
Communications. He has a bachelor's degree from Bucknell University.
Marissa Seligman, PharmD - Chief Clinical & Regulatory Affairs and Compliance
Officer, Senior Vice President, pmiCME
As chief clinical and regulatory affairs and compliance officer, Marissa oversees
the accredited provider operations of Pri-Med Institute and manages M|C Communications
compliance programs and activities. Prior to joining Pri-Med Institute, Marissa
held a variety of positions in continuing education and medical/clinical affairs.
With more than 20 years experience, she is an authority in health care and continuing
education. She was director of medical communications at ViroPharma Incorporated,
and vice president of scientific affairs/quality assurance at SCP Communications,
Inc. She also served as executive director at Thomas R. Beam, Jr., Memorial Institute
for Continuing Education and Institutional Review Board. She also served as executive
director of the Beam Institute for Continuing Education and Institutional Review
Board. She has served on a number of journal editorial boards and is currently associate
editor of the Alliance for Continuing Medical Education (ACME) publication, The
Almanac. She is also secretary of the National Commission on Certification of CME
Professionals (NC-CME). Marissa earned a bachelors in pharmacy from Long Island
University and her PharmD from Northeastern University.
